DA’s SOLD Committee is excited to announce the creation of our new club calendar. This calendar is intended to centralize all of the information about when DA club meetings are happening. It is a calendar in Google Docs that is available for all club leaders to post the dates and meeting locations of all their upcoming club meetings. 

The SOLD Committee created this calendar as a resource for everyone at the Upper School to see when and where clubs are having meetings and to encourage more students to attend the meetings of different clubs. This will also help club leaders plan their meeting schedules so they can see when and where other clubs are planning meetings, to avoid double-booking certain locations. 

This calendar will be available and easily accessible by clicking on the “Club Hub” button on Veracross. We will strongly encourage all club leaders to post their meetings in advance on the new calendar by typing the club name, meeting time, and meeting location, into a block of the appropriate date. 

The SOLD Committee hopes that this will revitalize our student-led club programs and encourage regular meetings with high student attendance. The wide variety of clubs at DA have enormous potential, and this calendar is just one more tool to help them thrive.
